Mr. Steven Ray, age 56 of Hope , Arkansas passed away Saturday, December 10, 2016 at his home. Steven was born May 23, 1960 in Saline, Kansas to Wayne Edward and Mary Snelson Ray. He was a member of the East Side Church of Christ. He was employed by the city of Washington , Arkansas and his favorite hobbies were fishing and hunting. He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by one sister; Mary Johnson, husband Lonnie of Hope, Arkansas, one aunt; Daphney Lepberger of Saint James, Missouri, two nieces;  Teresa Little, husband Matt of Minden Louisiana and Kayla Bowden of Hope, one nephew; Anthony Johnson wife Terri of Princeton Louisiana and other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be 12:00pm to 1:30pm on Monday, December 12, 2016 at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home 1001 S. Main Hope, Arkansas .
