He was born February 16, 1959, in Watsonville, Calif.,to Boyd Willis and Joan Diane Beeman St. Clair He was in Construction and a member of Place of Meeting Church in Hope, Ark. HIS SURVIVORS INCLUDE: THREE SONS: Steven Eugene St. Clair, Jr., Pennsylvania. Branden Lee St. Clair, Hope, Ark. Jacob Braley Kilgore, Springhill, Louisiana. HIS MOTHER: Joan Horton and Thomas, Hope, Ark. HIS FATHER: Boyd St. Clair, Prescott, Ark. ONE BROTHER: Nicholas St. Clair, Iraq. Two Grandchildren: Steven Eugene St. Clair, III and Jaycee Addison Kilgore. Two Nephews: Cody and Brody St. Clair. and other relatives and friends.
