Sue Bryson, age 68 of Prescott, Arkansas passed away, Thursday, January 8, 2015 in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was born November 19, 1946 in Ware, Massachusetts to Julian and Jean Lofland Hussey. Sue was a member of First Baptist Church in Prescott, where she was very active, serving on several committees and singing in the choir. After high school, Sue worked for the Department of Defense and the Department of Labor for 14 years. From 1983 to 2003, she worked with her husband, as owner and operator of floral shops in Dillon, Breckenridge and Vail, Colorado. Sue was a member of the Central Arkansas Iris Society, a member of Nevada County Master Gardner's, a member of the Hope Quilt Guild, as well as the Saline County Quilt Guild and was a very active member of the Rose Garden Club of Prescott. She is preceded in death by her father, Julian Hussey. Survivors include; her husband, of 37 years, Ed Bryson of Prescott, two sons; Jim Bryson, wife, Carol and John Bryson, wife Lara all of Nashville, TN, daughter; Leslie Wheeler, husband, Steve of Franklin, TN; her Mother; Mrs. Jean Lofland Hussey of Chattanooga, TN; a brother; Keith Hussey, wife, Barbara of Chattanooga, TN; sister; Jean Broom of Ware, Massachusetts, eight (8) grandchildren; sister-in-law; Beth Jackson, husband, Doug of Little Rock, and Special friend, Marcia Lassiter of Prescott and a host of friends. Visitation; 5:00 to 7:00pm, Saturday, January 10, at Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home in Prescott. Funeral service, 2:00pm, Sunday, January 11 at the First Baptist Church of Prescott, with Bro.
