Mr. T. D. Jones, age 86, of Hope, Arkansas passed away Friday December 14, 2012 at Wadley Regional Hospital in Hope. He was born March 17, 1926 in Patmos, Arkansas to Lynn V. and Selma F. Black Jones. Mr. Jones was a retired self - employed concrete contractor. He was a member of the East Side Church of Christ in Hope. His favorite hobby in life was his woodworking skills which he spent most of his free time doing. He also was a devoted Christian and member of his church. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife of 62 years Alice Jean Jones. Mr. Jones is survived by one son; Gary Jones and wife Sharon of Jensen Beach, Florida, two daughters; Cindy Willis and husband Terry, Becky Harrison and husband John all of Hope. six grandchildren; James Jones Christie Fannin, Jenifer Thomas, Amanda Hernandez, Mitch Harrison and Matt Willis and five great- grandchildren. Visitation will be 4:00 to 6:00pm, Sunday, December 16, 2012, at Brazzel/Oakcrest in Hope, Arkansas. Funeral Service for Mr. Jones will be 2:00pm, Monday December 17, 2012, at the Brazzel/Oakcrest Chapel. Mr. Gerald Eaton will officiate the service.
