Mrs. Tammy Grant Townsend Jones, age 49 of Hope, Arkansas passed away, Sunday, December 13, 2015 in a Hot Springs, Arkansas hospital. She was born September 26, 1966 in Hope, Arkansas, to Kenneth and Gail Ivers Grant. She was a member of Southside Missionary Baptist Church and her passion in life was her ability to cross-stitch. Tammy loved her family and was a friend to all that knew her.

Survivors include: her husband, Ron Jones of Hope, Arkansas, her parents, Kenneth and Gail Grant of Hope, Arkansas, one son, Christopher Townsend and his wife, Darla, of Blevins, Arkansas, two step-sons; Ronald Jones II and Mike Jones, both of Houston, Texas, one step-daughter, Elizabeth Cato and her husband, Scott, of Spring Hill, Arkansas, one brother, Norm Grant of Hope, Arkansas, and other family and friends.

Family would like to express their thanks to the medical staff of St. Vincent Hospital in Hot Springs, Arkansas, Dr. Charles Vermont, and to Pafford EMS in Hope, Arkansas.

Visitation is 6:00-8:00pm, Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home.

Funeral service is 2:00pm Thursday, December 17, 2015 at Brazzel/Oakcrest Chapel with Bro. Jerry Evans officiating. Burial to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Hope, Arkansas.
