Mr. Thomas "T. J." Baker, 28 of Prescott, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, March 4, 2010 at his home. T. J. was born January 20, 1982 in Tupelo, Mississippi to Benjamin Baker and Robin Bocox Baker. He was employed with the Prescott Red-E-Mart; a member of the Prescott Volunteer Fire Department and a member of the FEMA Rescue Squad of Mooreville, Mississippi. He attended Liberty Church of the Nazarene, Redland Community, Prescott, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Rev. Thomas Bocox and by two brothers, Shawn Skiever and Lloyd Skiever. HIS SURVIVORS INCLUDE: One Son: Thomas Baker, Jr., Tupelo, Mississippi. His Father: Benjamin Baker, Winfield, Louisiana. His Mother: Robin Kennedy, Prescott, Arkansas. One Brother: Todd Baker and Nadine, Tupelo, Mississippi. One Sister: Bobbie Skiever, Prescott, Arkansas. Maternal Grandmother: Bobbie Bocox, Prescott, Arkansas. Two Aunts: Pam Edge, Prescott, Arkansas and Jan Young, Hope, Arkansas. One Uncle: Olen Bocox and Lyn, Henderson, Tennessee. A Special Friend, Amy Creek, Prescott, Arkansas, Two Nieces, One Nephew, and numerous great aunts, cousins, other relatives and friends. Funeral Services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, March 11, 2010, at Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home Chapel, Prescott, Arkansas, with Rev. Larry Strouse officiating.
