Mr. Thomas F. Kemp, age 66, of Hope, Arkansas, passed away on December 13, 2018.  He was born in Texarkana, Arkansas, on August 6, 1952 to Charles E. Kemp and Ruby Holliday Kemp. Mr. Kemp was a truck driver for forty years. He is preceded in death by his parents.

Mr. Kemp is survived by one son Logan Kemp of Joplin, Missouri, one daughter Louise Kemp of Springfield, Missouri, four brothers; Edward Kemp, William John Kemp, David Kemp and Randy Kemp all of Texarkana, Arkansas, two sisters Louise Blevins of Hope, Arkansas and Jessie Sepeda of Denham Springs, Louisiana along with numerous other relatives and friends.

A private service will be conducted by the family at a later date.
