Mr. Tommy Birdsong, age 80 of Prescott, Arkansas passed from this life to his heavenly home on September 6, 2017 at Hospice Care in Little Rock, Arkansas. Tommy was born August 9, 1937 in Cornett, Texas to Tom and Leone Richey Birdsong.

Tommy was retired from the Dallas Police Department in Dallas, TX, and owned his own business, Birdsong's Heating and Air, until he closed the business a few years ago. He was preceded in death by his son, James Thomas Birdsong (Timmy), his parents; Tom and Leone Richey Birdsong and a brother; Ed Birdsong.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 58 years, Annette Johnson Birdsong, two sons; Clay Birdsong, wife, Kristen, Chris Birdsong, wife, Kami, a daughter; Tami Birdsong Dickerson, husband, Brian, his grandchildren: Andrew Birdsong & Anna, Kayli Birdsong & Steven, Braydon Birdsong, Colton Dickerson, Baily Birdsong, Kimber Birdsong, Hannah Dickerson, Addy Dickerson; his great-grandchildren: Wyatt Birdsong, Rachel Peters, Caleb Matthews, Dylon Matthews, Leighten Matthews, his sister; Helen Birdsong Mullins, husband, William, his aunt Maxine Richey Freeman, his sister-in-law; Anna Birdsong, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins whom he dearly loved.

Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00pm on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at BRAZZEL/Cornish Funeral Home 1196 Hwy 371 Prescott, AR.

Funeral service, 2:00pm on Sunday, September 10, 2017 at BRAZZEL/Cornish Funeral Home, with Rev. Jerry G. Westmoreland officiating.
