Mr. Tommy Nichols, 71 of Hope, Arkansas, passed away Friday September 17, 2021, in Hope. He was born December 26, 1949 to John and Mary Nunly Nichols, in Bruceton, Tennessee. Tommy was a U.S. Army veteran and had retired from Southern Bakeries in Hope. He enjoyed fishing and watching his favorite western T.V. shows. He is preceded in death by his parents; one brother, John Jefferson Nichols; two sisters, Patricia Hindon and Wanda Ricketts.

Tommy is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Patricia Nichols of Hope; 2 daughters, Tonya Murphy (Charlie) of Hope, Shelly Castleberry (TJ) of Warren, AR; 3 grandchildren, James Murphy, Taylor McVay, Ashley Marie Castleberry; 1 great-grandchild, Dalton McVay; 2 brothers, Clyde Nichols of Harrison, AR, James Nichols (Joyce) of St. Louis, MO; 2 sisters, Virginia Faye Harris (Carry T.) of Emmet, AR; a host of other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made towards funeral expenses or to a charity of choice.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
