Mrs. Urcella Webb age 83, of Blevins, Arkansas passed away Saturday, February 7, 2015 in Hope. She was born January 27, 1932 in Delight, Arkansas to Tom and Nona Finney Stone. She was a home maker, a member of Balls Chapel Church of Christ. She was a devoted wife, a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, who enjoyed taking care of her family. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, William Howard Webb, a daughter; Marsha Webb Erwin, two brothers; Grady and J.B. Stone and two sisters Pauline Eaves and Otha Bell. Survivors include; three sons; Tommy Webb, wife, Sarah of Prescott, Chuck Webb, wife, Kim of Prescott and Doug Webb of Blevins, two brothers; Wesley Dougan Stone of Murfreesboro and Harold Stone of Billstown, three sisters; LaVerne Jones of North Little Rock, Bonnie Nash and Donnie Baker both of Billstown, five grandchildren; Jason Webb, Evan Webb, Timothy Webb, Lauren Webb and Morgan Webb, four great-grandchildren, and other family members and friends. Visitation, 6:00 to 8:00pm, Monday, February 9, 2015 at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home in Hope. Graveside service, 10:00am, Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at Friendship Cemetery in McCaskill with Bro.
