Mrs. Velda Jean White Latcham, 83 of Hope, passed away, Thursday, January 24, 2013 in a local hospital. Mrs. Latcham was born on June 29, 1929 in Ozark, Arkansas to Cecil H. and Agnes Harris White. She was a Baptist, a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She is preceded in death by her parents and a daughter; Sheryl Latcham. Survivors include her husband, of 62 years, E.C. Latham of Hope, her daughter; Pat Madlock and husband, Kenneth of Hope, four grandchildren; Jeff and Kim Madlock of Hope, Jenifer and Andy Donaldson of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Amanda and Randy Baker of Arkadelphia and Michael and Rachel Pendergraft of Blevins and 6 great-grandchildren.
