Mrs. Vera Mae Cross, 77, Prescott, Ark., passed away Fri., November 16, 2008, at her home. She was born on December 21, 1929 in Nevada County, Arkansas to William J. and Esther Hicks Green. She was homemaker and a mother. She was a Baptist. She was preceded in death by her husband Paul H. Cross, who died Feb. 18, 2006;by one brother, Sam Green;by one sister, Mary D.
