Virginia Louise Lambert Harris, age 97, passed away in Prescott, Arkansas on Sunday, November 9, 2025.

She was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on September 5, 1928, to Bellarista (Arra) Williams Lambert and Paul Wesley Lambert.

She is survived by two sisters; Elizabeth Ann Elmore and Anna Jo Bryson. Her children; Debra Culpepper (Duncan), Prescott, Ralph Lemuel Harris, Jr. (Claudette), Prescott, Ron Harris (Gayle), Terrell, Texas, and one son-in-law, Gayland Avance (Martha), Rowlett, Texas.

She was "Nana" to seven grandchildren: Laura Virginia Jones (JJ), Lufkin, Texas, Beth Harp (Greg), Rogers, Arkansas, Brandon Avance (Kaity), Richardson, Texas, Tim Avance (Stephanie), Aledo, Texas, Alex Avance (Lauren), Austin, Texas, Brad Harris (Amy), Diboll, Texas and Heather Coffee (Michael), Nashville, Arkansas. Her nineteen great-grandchildren are: Clara, Eleanor, Elise, Eliza, Emily Kate, Ginny
(Virginia), Grayson, Payton, Savannah and Whitley Avance; Hayden, Drake, and Briley Harris; Phoebe, Quinn and Bryce Coffee; Duncan and Wyatt Harp; and Cooper Knight.

The Springs of Hillcrest and Gentiva Hospice provided loving care to her and her family.

The family graveside service will be at DeAnn Cemetery. Brazzel-Cornish will lay her to rest beside her husband, Ralph Lemuel Harris, Sr. (1988) and daughter, Brenda Harris Avance (2020).
