Wallace William "Bill" Parsons, formerly of Kansas City, KS, passed away at his home in Washington, AR on Monday, November 23, 2015 at the age of 62. Bill was born the son of Donald Eugene and Velma Marie (Wallack) Parsons on March 8, 1953 in Kansas City, KS.

He is survived by his son, Wess Parsons and his wife Katie; a special friend, LaNelle Bell of Washington, AR; brother, Jim Poe and his wife Becky; two grandchildren, William and Ava Parsons; nephews, James and Lucas Poe; nieces, Vanessa and Meredith Poe; uncle, Jerry Parsons and his wife Sandy; aunt, Shirley Coons and a loving extended family.

Bill was preceded in death by his father. Bill will be known as a dedicated worker who worked his way as a Switchman to a Terminal Superintendent and retired after 38 years with the BNSF railroad.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 30, 2015 from 12-2:00 PM followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM.
