Mrs. Wanda Jane Hamilton Jones, age 83 of Hope, Arkansas passed away, Tuesday, July 12, 2016 in Texarkana, Texas. Mrs. Jones was born in Laneburg, Arkansas on December 21, 1932 to Horace and Vera Bardwell Hamilton. Mrs. Jones was a member of the New Liberty Missionary Baptist Church in Emmet, Arkansas.  She was a very loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, John R. Jones, Sr, a brother; James Wesley Hamilton and a sister; Ruth Hickey.

Mrs. Jones is survived by a son; John R. Jones, Jr, his wife, Tracy of Blevins, Arkansas, a daughter; Mrs. Janice Honea, her husband, Don of Blevins, four grandchildren; Lauren Honea of Baton Rouge, LA, Cameron Jones, his wife, MyKayla of Texarkana, AR, Bryson Jones of Ft. Worth, TX and Weston Jones of Blevins and her very "Special" pet dog, Bo.

The Family will receive friends between 6:00 and 8:00pm on Thursday, July 14, 2016 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest Funeral Home in Hope.

Funeral service will be 10:00am, on Friday, July 15, 2016 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Teeter and Bro. Jerry T. Crane officiating.
