Mrs. W. Louise Rhodes Dillard, age 82 of Rosston, Arkansas, passed away Sunday April 24, 2022, in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. Louise was born on January 24, 1940, to Thomas Dewey and Dovie Mae Dixon Rhodes. She was retired from Southwest Arkansas Development Council of Nevada County. She is preceded in death by her parents, husbands, John Ritter and B.C. Dillard.

Survivors include: two step-sons Ricky Dillard (Kathy) Tim Dillard (Angela) all of Rosston, Arkansas, sister-in-law, Bonnie Freeland, four grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and church family at Rosston First Baptist Church.

No Public visitation is planned.
