Obituary

Mr. Wilburn Frank Clark, 80, of Hope, Arkansas,passed away Friday, March 20, 2009, at Medical Park Hospital, Hope, Arkansas. He was born on October 28, 1928, to Wilburn F. and Rosie Alford Clark in Nevada County, Ark. He was an Army Air Corp/Air Force Veteran, oil field worker, cattle and chicken farmer, and former owner/operator of the Diamond C Feed and Seed Store in Prescott, Arkansas. He was also a Presbyterian. He was preceded in death by his parents; by his son, Joe Clark; by his brother, Cloyce Clark; and three sisters, Thelma Singleton, Juanita Reed and Dee Swindell. Survived by: His Wife: (of 55 years) Helen Power Clark, Hope, AR. One Daughter: Enola Gay Stout, Hope, Ark. Four Grandchildren: Nathan Stout, Lea Stout, Ashlea Hill and Joseph Clark and Three Great-grandchildren. Three Sisters: Hattie Phipps and Quentin, Longview, Texas. Mattie Green and Joe, Doddridge, Arkansas, and Jean Henson, Waskom, Texas; One Sister-in-law: Doris Clark, Shreveport, LA. and a special niece-in-law: Barbara Hackney, Bensenville, Illinois and several nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends. GRAVESIDE SERVICES will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, March 23, 2009, at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Hope, Arkansas, with Mr. Harley Sisson and Rev. Will Green officiating. Arrangements by Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home, Hope, Arkansas. FAMILY WILL RECEIVE FRIENDS: Sunday, March 22, 2009, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home, Hope, Arkansas.
