Mr. William "Bill" Carroll Smith, age 61 of Rosston, Arkansas, passed away peacefully Tuesday, March 15, 2022, at his home. He was born January 22, 1961 to Michael, Sr. and Billie Hammond Smith in El Dorado, Arkansas. He retired from Fleet Tire Service of Hope and Old Washington State Park. Bill loved his family and he was dearly loved by them. He is preceded in death by his father, Michael Smith, Sr., wife Darlene Wallace Smith, brother Mike Smith, Jr. and granddaughter Reagan Christians.

He is survived by his son, William Walker Smith of Cave Springs, AR; two daughters, Claire Elizabeth Smith and Caitlin Kennedy Smith; mother, Billie Lee Smith of Rosston, AR; brother Mark Smith, wife Lynn of Rosston, AR, sister Michelle Hayden, husband Darrell of Little Rock, AR; former spouse, Cynthia Kidd and a host of family and friends.

There will be no public visitation.

Memorial service will be held at 2:00pm Thursday, March 17, 2022 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest Funeral Home, 1001 S Main Hope, AR 71801, with Bro. Donnie Dillard officiating.
