Mr. William Robert Bill Yancey, 86 of Tyler, Texas passed away, Saturday, June 25 2011 in Tyler, Texas. Mr. Yancey was born, Thursday, May 21, 1925 in Nevada County, Arkansas to James Albert and Thelma Katherine Cox Yancey. He is a retired engineer from GE & American Standard, Trane Company and a member of Pollard United Methodist Church, Tyler, TX. Survivors include; wife, June Yancey, of Tyler, TX, daughter; Carala Lynn McCollum and husband John of California; one grand-daughter; Elissa Leann Sorenson, one grandson; Cameron Matthew McCollum and two great-grandsons; Ethan Sorenson and Aric Sorenson.
