Mr. William D. "Billy" Clayton, Jr. age 81 of Fulton, Ar. passed away Monday, February 20, 2023 in Fulton, Ar. Billy was born May 30, 1941 in McNab,  Arkansas  to William D. and Itly Wheat Clayton Sr. Billy was a retired truck driver.  He was preceded in death by his mother and father, one sister Bobby Sue King, one son Daniel Clayton.  Billy is survived by his wife Tania Clayton, five sons : Russell Lee Clayton (Denise), Richard Clayton (Sun Yong) , Wesley Penny, Jerry Brian (Donna), Tracy Trusty (Mary), five daughters; Cindy Lewis (Johnny), Julie Zinn (Doug), Diana Clemetson(Scott), Gaye Lynn Yates (Robert), Gini Ousley. Many grandchildren and great grandchildren , nieces ,nephews, cousins, and his precious dogs.  Memorial services will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2023 at 3 P.M. at Guernsey Baptist Church.
