Mr. William E. "Bill" Drake, Sr, age 78 of Hope, Arkansas passed away, Thursday, May 14, 2015 at his home. He was born June 8, 1936 in Los Angeles, California to Cordes P. and Bernice Louise Carpenter Drake. He was a Baptist, a US Army Veteran and retired PBX repairman with AT& T. He is preceded in death by his father. Survivors include, his mother; Bernice Drake of Hope, his son; Bill Drake of Durant, Oklahoma, two daughters; Sandra Kay Loper, husband, Willis of Cameron, Oklahoma and Karen Drake of Durant, Oklahoma, his sister; Carolyn Kribs of Arlington, Texas, seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
