Obituary

William (Bill) Franklin Waddle, 78 formerly of Magnolia, Arkansas, died January 11, 2020 in St. Petersburg, Florida of natural causes. He was born October 28, 1941 to Howard and Inez Crotto Waddle, the second of four sons. Bill was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Johnny Waddle and Marc Waddle.

Bill was a 1959 graduate of Magnolia High School and attended Southern State College. After a 2-year stint in the United States Navy, where he served with his brother, Jim on the USS Noel, Bill lived his adult life in Texas, California, and Florida. He loved the Gulf and his memories of growing up in Magnolia, enjoyed NFL football, class reunions, his friends and living a simple life. He worked in the hospitality business, as an actor and a security guard.

Survivors include a brother, Jim Waddle of Waxahacie, TX, several cousins, and good friends, Bub Epley, Jimmy Furr, and Mike Smith.

No visitation is planned.
