Mr. William "Bill" Harding, Sr., 88 of Hope, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, September 3, 2009 at Medical Park Hospital in Hope. He was born in Longview, Texas on January 19, 1921 to Hardie and Irene Wood Leath. He was in mining and ran a refinery. He was a Baptist and an Army Veteran of World War II. He was preceded in death by his parents, one daughter, one brother, two sisters and a grand-daughter. HIS SURVIVORS INCLUDE: HIS WIFE: Rachel C. Harding, Truth or Consequences, New Mexico. TWO SONS: William Harding, Jr., Texarkana, Ark. Jeanne Irene Smith, Hope, Ark. Rachel Renee Feltaous, Truth or Consequences, New Mexico. Stephanie Ann Harding, Truth or Consequences, New Mexico ONE SISTER: Elsie Leath, New Mexico AND ELEVEN GRANDCHILDREN, Eleven Great-Grandchildren, Several Nieces and Nephews, other relatives and friends.
