William Pascal Simpson, known as Bill, passed away on Saturday, May 17, 2025, in Texarkana, Texas, at the age of 66. Born on January 8, 1959, in Victorville, California, to Donald Venoy and Shirley Simpson, William was a beloved brother, uncle, and friend.

William was a man of many passions. He loved to hunt and fish, play the banjo, and read the Bible. His friendly nature meant he never met a stranger, and he was cherished by all who knew him.

He is survived by his two brothers, Joe Simpson (Lori), and David Simpson (Roberta). He also leaves behind two nieces, two nephews, one great nephew, and one great niece.

William was preceded in death by his parents, Donald Venoy and Shirley Simpson.

A visitation will be held on Friday, May 23, at 10 AM at the Brazzel Cornish chapel in Prescott, followed by a service at 11 AM at the same location. Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill in Prescott, with Bro. David Hampton and Bro. Eric Barbarree officiating.
