Willie "Leroy" Moreland, Sr.'s Obituary
Mr. Willie 'Leroy' Moreland Sr., age 69 passed away Sunday, February 5, 2017. He was born September 2, 1947 to the union of the late Mr. Claudie Moreland and Mrs. Gracie Hopson-Moreland in Prescott, AR. He attended school and lived most of his life in Prescott.
Leroy is preceded in death by his parents, Claudie and Gracie Moreland; three brothers, Clyde Gray, James Louis Moreland, Claude Moreland; one sister, Bobbie Nell Moreland and several uncles.
Left to cherish his memories are his two daughters Lolita (Louia) Hopson of Fulton, AR and Marla Moreland of Mesquite, TX; seven sons:
John 'Tony' Cole of Prescott, AR, Rodney Moreland of Prescott, AR, Willie Moreland, Jr of Allen, TX, Herbert Fort of Gurdon, AR, Andre Moreland of Nashville, AR, Corbin Jackson of Rockford, IL and Dontarius Armstrong of McCaskill, AR, three brothers, Michael Murphy of Hope, James Charles Moreland (Dorothy) of Rockford, IL, Kenneth Murphy of Prescott; one sister, Regina Tanner of Phoenix, AZ; ten grandchildren; one great grandchild and a host of relatives and friends.
A Memorial Service for Mr. Moreland will be
