Mrs. Wilma Christine Dearman Goodner, age 74, of Hope, passed away, Tuesday, June 24, 2014, at Wadley Regional Medical Center in Hope. She was born on January 26, 1940, in Watonga, Oklahoma, to William Luchion and Rosie Mae Avants DeArman. She was a home maker and a member of Southside Baptist Church in Hope. She is preceded in death by her parents, son, Dewayne Rhude, daughter, Christine Rhude, brothers; John Dearman, Tilton DeArman, and Timothy DeArman and three sisters; Dora Deckert, Fannie Bigler and Flora Martin. Survivors include; husband, Elbert Dale "Red" Goodner of Hope, two sons; Darryl Rhude, wife, Pam of Burkburnett, TX and Lonny Rhude, wife, Pam of Chugiak, Alaska, two brothers; Bill DeArman, wife, Jean of Bolliver, Missouri, David DeArman, wife, Joyce of Patmos, Arkansas, four sisters; Carol Harvin of Hope, Velvie Schroader, husband James of Patmos, Wanda Mae Kesler of Lompoc, California and Paula Kay Maag of Springdale, Arkansas and four grandchildren, Peyton Rhude, Hunter Rhude, Kelly and Lauren Rhude other family members and friends. Visitation for Mrs. Goodner will be 6:00 to 8:00pm, Friday, June 27, 2014, at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home in Hope. Funeral service for Mrs. Goodner will be 10:00am, Saturday, June 28, 2014, at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home with Bro. Mark Faulkner and Bro.
