Mr. Winford C. "Jack" Williams, Jr., 78, of Hope, AR passed away on May 7, 2020 in Texarkana, TX.  He was born November 1, 1941 in Natchez, MS at the Charity Hospital.  He was preceded in death by his parents; Winford and Ruby Lee Williams; wife, Annette Mullins Williams; son, Winford Carl Williams III; and brother, Conrad Williams.

Mr. Williams is survived by his children, Kim Johnson and her husband Donald, Chris Williams and his wife Anne, and LaJada Miller; his grandchildren; John Carl and Sarah Johnson, TJ and Tori Johnson, Emily Miller, Thomas Miller, Jr., and Anna Miller; and his great-grandchildren; Isabella and Tucker Johnson, and Matt Felter.
